Local History Room, Georgetown Peabody Library

The Library's Local History Room has one table with seating for eight people as well as electrical outlets. The Local History Room and its collection, equipment, and furnishings are to be used primarily for the purpose of local history research and related activities. If the room is available, It is available to individuals and small groups for educational, civic, and cultural purposes.
All materials in the Local History Room are considered reference materials and may not be taken out of the room or building for any reason unless approved by the staff. Violation of this policy will result in loss of access to the Local History Room and Local History Collection.
Meeting Room, Georgetown Peabody Library
Official Capacity: 80
Booking Period: Between 1 hour and 4 hours
The Georgetown Peabody Library's Meeting Room may accommodate up to eighty people for a wide variety of activities, lectures, audio-visual presentations, meetings and exhibits. There is a projector system available and a kitchenette.
