Come and join us to create your own mossarium! Using layers of rock, soil, and moss, you can create your own mini ecosystem in a small, covered jar. Once your terrarium is finished, it doesn’t need the same level of care as a traditional house plant - a closed terrarium is self-contained through the science of the water cycle. You’ll leave with a slice of nature that you can keep on your desk!

Registration required, ages 13 and up. This program will be held upstairs in our reference area.
