What is Chair Yoga? This class is perfect for those looking to improve flexibility, balance, and strength while staying seated or using a chair for support. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking for a low-impact way to stay active, this class offers a welcoming environment for all fitness levels. Who: Open to all ages and abilities. Chairs are provided, yoga mats are not needed.

When: Tuesdays at 12PM. 4-Week Series: 5/5, 5/12, 5/19, & 5/26
